I was immediately impressed by the promptness and friendly manner of JC Heating engineers, Jack and Steve.   Not only did I get a very swift response to my call regarding my boiler with a punctual visit, but a quick and efficient diagnosis of the problem which fortunately could be put right straight away, and also some sound advice and reassurance on the overall efficiency of my boiler. 
It was pleasant to deal with such a helpful and cheerful team - I would have no hesitation about using them again and recommending them wholeheartedly.

We were very impressed with the service we received from JC Heating when they installed new boilers to our Dental practice. We are situated in a grade 2 listed building with 7 surgeries over three floors and we open between 8 am til 8 pm mon -fri and sat am's. We urgently needed our boiler changed but a had a fully booked working schedule planned for several weeks ahead therefore not cancelling patients and losing vital revenue was of prime importance to us. Jack- The engineer- and his co-worker worked all night on several nights after we closed and at the weekend with no disruption to our business and minimal nuisance to our tenant living above. He was sympathetic to our needs and those demanded by English heritage. He was knowledgably, professional, efficient and extremely clean and tidy. We were delighted with all aspects of his work, especially his attention to detail and lovely manner. Service with a smile, second to none.

I would have no hesitation recommending J C Heating to anyone. The work was carried out by a professional and he was prompt, efficient, very swift and friendly. I placed a call in the morning and by lunchtime the job was done, and done well. All the materials that were required for the work were on hand. I will be sending more work their way!

I was very impressed with Jack's professionalism and interesting ideas (solar heating, outside temp sensors) that none of the others suggested; the others wanted to do a standard bish/bash/bosh job, and haven't even returned a quote.  I would expect that anyone he recommends therefore would be of commensurately good quality.
